We have collaborated with Puerto de Indias and Mezcal Ojo de Tigre to create unique experiences that will not only delight your palate, but also pay homage to the spirit of Pride month through June 30.

Be Proud: A Dessert to Celebrate

A creation that combines flavors and textures to offer a memorable experience. This dessert consists of a crunchy layer of semi-bitter chocolate, filled with white chocolate cream and whiskey. It also includes a strawberry and blackberry compote, all on a cinnamon sponge cake base. The pride flag is represented with white chocolate cream, adding a touch of color and meaning to each serving.

This dessert is not only a delight for the palate, but also a visual celebration that reflects the vibrant colors of Pride. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors that represents diversity and unity, fundamental principles of this movement.

Pinky: A Toast to Pride

In collaboration with Mezcal Ojo de Tigre, we have created Pinky, a refreshing and flavorful drink. 

Pinky is a drink that combines the smoothness of mezcal with the sweetness of guava and agave honey, balanced with the acidic touch of lime juice. This drink is perfect to toast to love and diversity during Pride celebrations.

Fruity: A Vibrant Cocktail

We have also collaborated with Puerto de Indias to create Fruity, a drink that blends fresh and fruity flavors. 

Fruity is a vibrant and refreshing cocktail, ideal to enjoy on warm June nights. The combination of gin, white wine and fruit creates a light and delicious drink that celebrates the festive spirit of Pride.
