At Fred’s we have always been passionate about sharing the best culinary experiences and engagement with our guests, so this year, we have decided to join the celebration of Pride Month in a delicious, unique and refreshing way. To do so, we have created a special dessert called Beary Proud and two drinks in collaboration with Mezcal Ojo de Tigre and Gin Puerto de Indias that perfectly complement this special occasion. 

What are the Pride Specials like?

We’ve created a special dessert that captures the essence of Pride month: Beary Proud, a dark chocolate bear filled with marshmallow frosting, honey pineapple jelly, soft chocolate sponge cake on a base representing the colors of the PRIDE flag and M&M’s®. Each slice of this delicious dessert is a tribute to diversity and represents the importance of accepting and celebrating all people as they are.

But that’s not all. In addition, we have created a selection of seasonal drinks in collaboration with Mezcal Ojo de Tigre and Gin Puerto de Indias to complement the celebration in a colorful and refreshing way, here are two of our vibrant creations:

Suggar Daddy: a delicious drink made with Mezcal Ojo de Tigre®, Frangelico®, lemongrass infusion and panditas. This cocktail will delight you and surprise you with its unique flavors.

On the other hand, we have the Pink Señorita, the perfect option to accompany your favorite dish. It is made with Gin Puerto de Indias®, strawberry puree, watermelon juice and lime juice, creating an explosion of sweet and citrus flavors on your palate which is complemented with a watermelon paddle adding a spicy and sugary touch.

These specials will be available at Fred’s throughout the month of June, giving all our guests the opportunity to enjoy a unique and symbolic culinary experience.
